Here is the Word version of the Proposed 2009 Land Use Bylaws - Chart. This compares the old and the new. Tanya Vanderwell - Lac Se Anne Planning and Development Manager has provided us with this document so that we can input our requested changes and send it back to her. Unfortunately, it is a somewhat poorly written first draft. Tanya is already aware of several problems with the wording, and numbering. Tanya has yet to confirm the meaning and intent of some words and clauses that were written by the Lawyer. We will be provided with a revised first draft at the Public Hearing.
